I entered into a written contract with an employer which moved me from Oregon to Florida. part of the contract was to pay for the lease break from my apartment complex. i am no longer with the company any more but fulfilled my part of the contract and they now say they won't pay for the lease break. do I have a case and how do i go about this from here. my employer is in the state of georgia, but brought me here to start business in florida three months ago.
