I sold my 93 Mustang to a friend in Utah, but she has defaulted on payment for the past three months. She will not pay me, ignores my phone calls, and emails. She took my copy of the contract and title. I am still legal owner of the car, since the car has never has been registered and title has not been transferred, as I have a duplicate title. To make matters worse she is in jail for the next 6 months and her parents hid the car. I want to get my car back. Any ideas!!!!!
