California--I've been sued for Breach of a Written Contract, Breach of an Oral Contract and 2 additional Causes of Actions for "Common Counts". The Common Counts are the same as being alleged in each of the other Breaches. Can both "Breach of Contract" and "Common Counts" be alleged at the same time?
