NY: Was refinancing my mortgage with the same company that already held the mortgage (Homeq Servicing Corp., Sacramento, CA) They had to close the escrow acct and open a new escrow acct. On the SAME DAY I was notified they would not be paying my RE Taxes, I was notified my taxes were late and had to pay about $800 in penalties. Need a small claim in NY but they have no office in NY. What should I do
