breaching of contract, and can't get my car back!!!!

i sold a car to a family member, we agreed to the terms of the contract. when i signed the title over to her ,I forgot to check the lien holder box and now i can't get my car back even after taking her to court with the contract that we agreed to. for failure of payments , I just want my car back.
