I am from Wisconsin, and I was wondering if there are any statues or laws on the books that allows me to break my lease due to the purchase of a home. I renewed my lease in November (until this November) because at the time I was not looking into a house, but the most perfect one became available and I purchased it. If anyone knows a way out please help.

**A: there is no law. Negotiate with your L.
