We signed an Exclusive Right-to-Sell Listing Contract on August 16, 2001 to sell our house in Colorado. We don't believe the agents are advertising as widely as they should. We want out of the contract. I understand people have the right to fire a real estate agent. How do we legally do it when there is a signed contract involved?
There are no termination provisions is said contract. Can we just send the agent a certified letter stating that their services are no longer needed?
