breech of contract

Arizona I lent $3500. to a friend, six years ago in spet. (1997) she's only repaid $800. There was a contract signed agreeing to pay the whole amont back. what is the law in arizona supporting me as a plantiff.

You need to sue this person. There was an agreement and you have it signed. That is going to be pretty easy. Take them to court and get a judgement.
