What is the name of your state? SC i have sold my car the person i sold it to signed a notarized contract stating that payments were due on specific dates and if the contract was not fulfilled legal action may be taken the person hasn't made a single payment on time and has promised payments on certain dates and doesnt follow through but will pay the following day etc. i am curious if it is legal for me to show up and take the car back or do i have to go through the court system or if legally i can report it stolen
