wisconsin: i hired a electrion to do some work.it's been 3 years.i sent him a regesterd letter stating i want the job finished in 30 days. now i want to fire him and sue him for the amount it cost for me to hire someone else to finish the job. what do i do next to acomplish this.i have not fired him yet.
