What is the name of your state? Virginia

I'm a small contractor that took on more than i could handle.
I signed a contract to furnish labor and materials for a project, and I invested a lot of money into this project.
My contract states that I would be paid on a weekly basis, I've worked three week's and only recieved one payment for materials. I have met all payroll for my employee's and then furnished materials for another unit that some one else is supply the labor.
Then the contractor decided to terminate my contract without paying me for any labor and materials I have so far provided.
What can I do to recover my loss.
