What is the name of your state? SC

You sign a three year service contract (I am the service provider) with a business (large resort complex)

The business is sold two years later and the person who signed the agreement and had authority to do so is no longer with the company.

Is the contract still enforceable if challanged? I know I CAN challenge it, but how likely is it that I would win if the contract is terminated simply because the new management WANTS to, with no fault attributed to my services?

Thanks in Advance,

**A: an attorney would need to review your contract in its entirety.
