Buyer not paying for car

Someone purchased a van from me and per the contract we signed they were to pay $50 a week. They are not making the payments. How far behind do they have to be before I can repossess the van?

We are in SC and she is supposed to pay me $50 every week until February when she is supposes to pay off the balance. She is currently four weeks behind.
