from ca. i tried to buy a product (motorcycle part) i found in the netherlands after i sent money i got no response. they were helpful before but they say they never recieved money, even though my bank shows record of money being deposited in their account. do i have to write this off? do i have rights?

Unless the company you dealt with does a significant amount of business in the US or has property or an office, etc., in the US, you would have to sue them in the Netherlands, so I would say, you should write this off and forget it.
