I've been buying a house contract for deed for 4 years now with a very minimal contract not noterized or whitnessed all it says is I am selling (my husband)a house signed homeowner now they have come back telling us to get out. also they were never selling us anything. I have that paper and statements from the mortgage company that they said I was buying it also proof I had been paying the mortgage directly to the loan company. do I have any legal right in this?
