is 125% legal for a $3000.00 loan on a car worth $12,000.? and can the loan company place a lo-jack on your car without your knowledge or permission before you even sign the papers...also can they slap $500.00 worth of car insurance on your loan when I already showed them I had full coverage (I had even paid extra so I could acquire the loan in the first place)
