What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
My husband and I signed a paper yesterday for the purchase of two JetSkis. We have not paid any deposit, nor have we taken possession of the JetSkis yet. After signing the papers, another dealer called us back and decided to give us a better deal. Can we back out now or are we legallly obligated, especially since we do not have posession yet? The paper states there is "no cooling off period". Thanks
