Does the California Seller Assisted Marketing Plan Act apply when a company in California sells a marketing plan to an individual in Georgia? My reading of Cal code section 1812.202 (a) (3) and section 1812.202 (b) (3) makes me think that it does apply. Also, does anyone know if the program offered by World Traders Association qualifies as a Seller Assisted Marketing Plan under California law?
