I signed a lease in May to live in my apartment for a year. The landlord provides our washer and dryer. Both machines have been broken. They fixed the washer but they have come seven times to fix the dryer. It is still not fixed. I want to live somewhere else so is this a way to get out of my contract. I heard if the landlord fails to keep their end of the deal I have grounds to get out of my lease. I live in Oklahoma is there any law that would help me out? Thanks so much!
