I entered Lesley University three years ago. My intention was to get a BA in Human Development with a minor in Early Childhood Ed. Lesley layed out the class schedule and when the classes would be offered. Our class was told that we would graduate in May 2003. Lesley is now with holding my diploma until I pass the MTEL (Teacher's Test). Half of my class did pass and were able to walk in May. The Dept of Ed says they have no influence over how schools run their programs. All I want is my diploma, so I can get a job while I am retaking the test. Do I have legal case?
