I booked at Hornbill lodge and due to a family emergency i had to cancel, on their website they have no terms and condition and they do not state any terms and condition on the invoice. The owner refuses to refund me i cancelled 2 days prior to arrival date. can i take him to the small courts claim to get my money back?
