Cancelling a contract

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona

Does Arizona allow consumers to cancel a consumer contract within 3 days? We signed a 'membership contract' with a travel club because we had to 'do it today' and now we find they are usually scams.

How and where did you come in contact with travel club? If it was in your home and was considered a cold call, the 72 hour right of recission applies. If you went to their location voluntarily, the contract was valid the minute you signed it. The right to recission or to cancel will be spelled out in the contract, read your copy.

If they are truly a scam and do not provide the services you paid for you have recourse. I hope you used a credit card....
