    Exclamation Car Contracts

    Alabama

I purchased a vehicle that I am not happy with about 2 weeks ago. Just so happen they have filled out all the paper work wrong the car lot lied on the papers about the milage so the state and credit company bounced it back. The contract that I signed is no longer valid I have to sign another one Monday, if I choose not to sign this new contract what are my options??

Have your credit ruined or pay a large financial penalty to sell the car, based on the info you provided.

It is pretty amazing that our society has reached a point where the effort necessary to extract oil from the ground, ship it to a refinery, turn it into plastic, shape it appropriately, truck it to a store, buy it and bring it home, is considered less effort than what it takes to just wash the spoon, when you are done with it.

Then take the info to your state's DMV Dept. Not sure what it's called in your State.

Or your local dept. of office of attorney general consumer affairs.
They ask me what my first name was on a quiz question, and I said I don't know ,What TV show ?

the application to the bank is separate from the sales contract with you. Is the information correct on your contract? If so, it does not appear you would have any claim to terminate the contract.

If the information is incorrect on your contract and cannot be considered a correctable mistake, then you would have a right to seek rescission of the contract do to fraud.
