Car Dealer Wont Give Back Trade-in

i live in illinois. i recently bought a used truck and used my old car as trade plus down payment.the deal fell through due to my drivers was suspended. i gave back the truckand now the dealer wont give back my trade or my down payment.i had the truck for 2 weeks. is it legal ?? what do i do??

Unless this was a lease, or unless there wasn't a "Money Back Guarantee", such as "1 month or 1,000 miles", then you're bound legally to the deal. You have to keep the new vehicle
