What is the name of your state?Florida

A car dealership I delt with sold the car iI traded in at an auction. The deal fell
through and I wanted to get my car back. Well I can't its gone. So the dealer only wants to give me the amount of money the car sold at auction, which was alot less than what they gave me on a trade in. Do I have to accept the money from the auction or what they gave me written on the contract??

You are entitled to fair market value which will probably fall in between the auction price and the trade in value.
