FL- I need to know if it's worth talking to a lawyer about my case. the dealership I bought a car from went to metro pcs and bought a phone under my name and info but they paid for it. the problem is that I never gave them the consent to do it. the reason they did it is because the bank I was financing with needed a phone bill and my phone is not under my name. what can I do about this?

So they bought a prepaid phone, using your name and info. How were you harmed by their use of your name and address? Though unorthodox, likely the paperwork you signed granted them some creative license in attempting to finance you.
