What is the name of your state? DE

I recently visited an auto auction and purchased 2 cars. I was so happy with the prices of the cars until I realized that I was being charged $300 fees for "clerical work". I have already left a nonreundable deposit and I can't afford to pay the clerical fees. Is there anyway I can get the deposit back?

If they didn't tell you about the clerical fees before you entered into the contract, you definitely should not be charged for those. But, you can't rescind the whole contract.

If you WERE told about the clerical fee (e.g. in the fine print) you have no basis to complain.
