colorado,my 18 year old daughter and ex wife have a loan together on a car. my ex is just the co-signer. my daughter has made all payments and has canceled checks to prove this.no payment have been late to the bank. however my ex came and took the car. what action can my daugher take to get her car back?

My response:

If your ex-wife's name is not on the Title or Registration of the vehicle, then your daughter's only recourse is to report the car stolen and, that will cause the arrest and incarceration of your ex-wife.
