I bought a car and now I can't pay for it. Can I just give it back to the dealer? And if I do what can they do ? Can they garnish my wages? And if the house is in my wifes name can they come after her for the house. I live in fl. and just don't make money enough to pay for two car payments + all the other bills. I wil be retired in 2001 and did file bankrupty in 1995
