I live in arizona. I had a car for sell and sold it to a woman for $400.0 down with a contract to pay $1100.00 more in monthly payments with one year to complete payments. she has not made her first payment which was due in oct.
if she does not pay how long do I have to wait before I take it back and do i have to give her a notice?
