We are in South Carolina.
My husband and I signed a loan for a car. We have paper's in our hand that state the car dealership is turning the car over to my husband and the loan company. We bought it the 19th and on the 27th we get a phone call from the dealership saying the financing fell threw. We had someone look over the paper's and they said that there is suppose to be a paper saying pending on financing or approved. We have the contract..wouldn't that be the same. We also have the paper that you take to the DMV to get tag's on it. Will this be enough? HELP!
