My fiance and i recently bought a car from Carmax and were approved for a loan. We filled out the paperwork with him employed at Subway. Three weeks later, Carmax, not the company that made the loan, called and said that the load had been cancelled because they had called Subway and was told that he was no longer employed there (he was working at a different location). We were told that we had to drop off the car or be persued legally.
What can we do?

Try to get another loan, or return the car.
