What is the name of your state? Texas
I had engine replaced on a '94 Saturn. Paid almost a grand for engine and labor. The warranty is one year on the engine, three months on labor. After one month, the car died. I had it towed back to the garage where I was first told that it was the starter (didn't make any sense since car died while driving), then the story changed and I was told it's the fly wheel. The car is now sitting at the garage, the mechanic refuses to fix it under warranty. Both labor and engine warranty are still good. Mechanic claims fly wheel is not part of the engine. I say it is. I'm beginning to fear that some shoddy work was done on the original engine installment. I'm tempted to have the car removed from this place, but I know that then they will charge a daily fee, the car has been there two weeks now.
Any advise on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
