I bought a truck at a buy here pay here place, and when I went to get the truck inspected, three months later, it needed alot of work to pass. so i stopped paying on it, and told the car lot to come get it. they said they do not want it. that has been almost a year and the truck still sits here. how can i get the title? is it considered abandond? they sent the rest of the payment amount to collections.
