bought a car from nephews girlfriend. Made the mistake of trusting her and didn't get the title first thing and no proof of purchase other than family knowing. Nothing on paper. I have car but thats all. She lost the title and refuses to send for a new one. How can I get the title?husband worked on car we were told by her ,fuel pump was bad he totally rebuilt engine.
