What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA/GA
I Purchased a car back in June of 2009, I went online found the car contacted the dealership. I live in CA but the car was in Ga so before i went out there i ask was the deal good because i knew i had bad credit. I was told everything was good i put $ 6,000 down when i flew out there a received the car. I drove back to CA an in Aug was told the deal did not go through an was fedex a new contract. I talked to the bank an was told my payment would start in Sept. I went away for my job but never received a payment. In Sept they sent a contract to my mom an had her sign it. Saying that my payment would start in NOV. I got back in Dec an now they want the car back because they said that i brought the car for my mom. What rights do i have i have had this car for six months trying to do my part.
