I purchased a house in Maryland 2 months ago. The previous owner had renters who left 2 cars on property. He claims one he was storing for a friend who is overseas, and the other one which is a junk is his. One of the cars is in the garage so I still cannot use the garage. I have contacted him 4 times and he still has not had them removed. How can I get the cars removed without having to pay for it myself?
