We had awreck in our car and had a rental from the other persons insurance for which we had to fight to keep every day, the last time my husband called the responsible peson was not available so someone else there went ahead and let us keep the rental another 5 days(we were still settling with them for total loss). Now the rental company went ahead and took money out of our bank account for those 5 days because they say that the insurance did not agree to those 5 days and dont want ot pay, as it happens my husband did not ask for the persons name that confirmed the 5 days. Can we get our money back or can they take money without authorization.
