Colorado - I recently bought a car from a private individual. He signed the title and I gave him the money. When I went to get the title transferred to my name at the DMV, I found out that the person who sold me the car should have had his signature notarized on the title. The person I bought the car from has left the state. I am very uncomfortable in sending the title to him in the mail. What are my options??
