Hi in NY .
If I tell the dealor that my car has an oil leak and he sees the leak but tells me the leak is not bad enough to fix, what will happen in 6 months when my warentee is up and the leak gets worse?

The dealer would still be responsible to fix the problem because notice was given ( claim against the warranty) prior to the expiration of said warranty.
Also question the dealer with the cause of the problem and why it is not bad enough to fix. An oil leak is bad.
