I got a contract with a company which offers services for credit cards acceptance and card-readers gterminals, but things went bad for me and I'm going out of business, and I want to return their terminal (actually I never used) and finish the contract... The problem is that the contract has a clause that says that the contract is in force for 3 years... They are charging me a monthly fee, I have wrote them by e-mail to receive some help in what to do... but nobody cares! What can I do? Can I cancel the draft account to avoid these charges?
