What is the name of your state? [Arkansas]
I had carpet installed in April 2000, I have had it restretched once due to wrinkles. It had since wrinkled again. In doing some research on this, I have found that this is due to improper installation.....wasnt strecthed properly. Now the carpet dealer says..OH Well, not my fault. The installer was hired by the carpet dealer. My question is....what is the staute of limitations on filing a small claims court suit and is there any specific law the deals with this sort of situation that would be benefical for me in court.
