I signed my daughter up at CastingYou.com and after 6 months they are sending email that because I didn't cancel the membership before a certain date we are signed up for another 6 months at 19.95. CastingYou says if I don't go to their web page and put in my chargecard they will turn it over to collections and put on my credit report. What should I do?
I emailed them several times about changing my email, my chargecard no. and when did my membership end but did not get an answer. When I tell them they are not answering my questions they say I am not reading all their email. I really hope someone can help me with this.
