I have signed a 1 year contract with Cingular One, I am now 6 months into the contract and their service is just plain and simple terriable. I work in NY and the phone never works, always bad service time and time again. I am really un happy with them, and when I call and complain they tell me that is the disadvantages of having a cell phone. I relayed to them many times that Sprint nor any other service does not have this problem. They told me thats because in NY they share towers with AT&T, reguardless of the problem I want out of the contract. Is there anyway I can get out without paying the 175 cancelation fee? I signed this contract knowing I would recieve great service, I have not. I can not make calls and all my calls get droped. Can this be my escape route? Please let me know...I appreciate your time..
