About 3 months ago my wife and I bought 2 new Nextel phones and signed 1 year contracts. The salesman said that Nextel had excellent tower coverage in our area but we have had nothing but trouble from day one. I have spoke to about 15 other people in our area who have Nextel service and they all have similar problems. We would like to cancel our service but Nextel says that we will have to pay a $200 per phone fee.

How can we cancel our service without having to pay the fee?

Would 15-20 people be able to file a class action lawsuit against Nextel for not providing the service that we are paying for?
