What is the name of your state? IN
My son signed contract for 9acres.....monthly payment until paid in full.
My son got in some trouble and has a prison term of 1year to do.
His girlfrien who lived with him said she would handle payments and take care of things till he returned.
Well somehow she has gotton his name off the contract now......gotton rid of most of his belongings...........has rented the trailer that's on the ground out to someone else and has moved in with someone new.
My son as given me power of Attnorney and wants me to get is stuff back.
How or what can be done about this?

The first thing you need to do is hire an attorney to review the land contract. You are not equipped to handle legal contracts or the necessary steps in discovery and/or motions necessary to discover the truth.
