I am a dog trainer. I made a verbal agreement on the phone with a woman to evaluate an aggressive Pit Bull at her home. I told her I would set aside 90 minutes for the evaluation at $50.00. She agreed. I got to her home and she was not there. I left a message on her door, asking her to call me to reschedule. She called me 10 days later, apologising for not being there but not giving me any reason. I told her I would have to bill her for my time as I was not able to fill it since she did not cancel before I got there. She says she will not pay and that I don't have a legal claim. Do I?
