in utah, i am changing day care providers. she states i should give a two week notice. i never signed anything stating i needed to pay this. she said it was a verbal contract between us. she said she is gonna get a lawyer, will this stand up in court and what should i do to protect myself?

I AM ALWAYS LIABLE

My response:

Unless there's a written contract that states "Two week notice", she can get all the lawyers she wants. She won't prevail.
