What is the name of your state? AZ

We enrolled my son at an in-home daycare on April 1st. I signed the original contract and returned it to the provider. They never gave me a copy, and I failed to make my own copy. Are they required by law to provide a copy to the other party?

I don't think it's required that you get a copy, but they probably wouldn't object to making you a copy of the terms if you ask.
