florida; my boyfriend had a friend sign with him on a loan for a vehicle because his credit was bad. he paid all payments the friend got married and upon appling for a loan was turned down because she had too many loans. her husband decided that she should not have signed for my boyfriend and they forcefully took the truck away from him. he has paid on it for three years, can they do that? it states his name or hers. my mother suggested putting a lien against it, is that possible? we really need help with this it is a desperate situation.----please.
